Krantz Water Tower
Previously, almost every city or more or less large village had a water tower, which played an important role in the water supply system. The Europeans, known for their love of elegance, approached the design of even such structures with taste, as the Zelenograd water tower proves. The tent at the top of the tower resembles the original lighthouse, which is why tourists have come to love this landmark. The tower has long been a symbol of the city, so it can often be seen on magnets, postcards and other souvenirs. Currently, the water tower is not used for its intended purpose, however, it is still not idle. At its top there is an observation deck, which can be reached by a spiral staircase or an elevator. From there, Zelenogradsk will open up to you from new scenic angles. Although the tower is in good condition, it still has not preserved its historical appearance due to the loss of most of the stucco. Despite this, the architectural monument is still beautiful.
